Coffee, Kegels, & Conversation - Expression

Do you long for a community of womxn to support and be supported by? Maybe you’re new to the city and haven’t met your BFFs yet. Maybe you have some casual friends or a scattered friend group, but long for deeper, more meaningful, & easier connections. Maybe you’ve been here awhile but most of your people moved to Brooklyn (or beyond) so you can’t connect as often as you used to.

New York City is lonely. You love this city but it’s tough. People come and go - and sometimes take your heart with them. Like you, those who stick around have big beautiful dreams that they’re bringing to life - which means their time is precious. You’re over needing to manage your friend groups or schedule time together a month (or more) in advance.

You wish that you had…

  • a regular community of inspiring womxn to share your soul with

  • dedicated time to connect deeply with yourself and others

  • a monthly touchpoint to see how you’re feeling and reset - without doing Whole30

  • the exact steps to make your big vision a reality - and the world a better place

CKC gives you time devoted to reconnecting with yourself and other womxn - and make your big dreams a reality.

Created by School of Shine, CKC provide an open, supportive space to discuss meaningful topics with good company & good vibes. With a warm beverage in hand, we’ll explore the month's theme – EXPRESSION - through activities like intention setting, meditation, writing, conversation, and more.

In this welcoming, empathetic, zero-judgment & BS space you’ll…

  • raise your self-awareness and -appreciation

  • be inspired to take action to create positive change in your life & community

  • feel powerful, energized, and recharged

  • get reminded of what you’re capable of - and learn the exact steps to get there

Join Passion by Kait to kick your weekend off with deep connection, uplifting community, and endless inspiration!

Your Ticket Includes:

  • Amazing conversation with kick-ass womxn

  • Delicious warm beverage(s)

  • Yummy (free) snacks

A Walking Tour Through the Clitoris

You are invited to participate in my workshop “A Walking Tour Through the Clitoris” on Tuesday evening, June, 26 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

This in-depth, uninhibited presentation explores the largely unknown depths of women’s extensive pleasure anatomy and describes how each individual part contributes to orgasm, and yeah, multiple orgasms too.  Surprising illustrations reveal the precise anatomical source of female ejaculation and we’ll explore reasons that many women don’t appear to "squirt" or ejaculate.  Can’t find your G Spot?  Hey, you’ve got something better!  Special guest:  the eternal Betty Dodson!

Ya’ll come!  This presentation, limited to 20 women, first come first serve, will be held in a unique location to be announced.  $20 at the door.

Email me at beckychalker@gmail.com to reserve a place and for location asap, or call with questions:  212-722-3536.

Ya’ll come!  Rebecca

The 2nd, greatly enhanced, edition of The Clitoral Truth About Pleasure, Orgasm, Female Ejaculation, The G Spot and Masturbation was published in the spring.

WNYC Podcast Mixtape: Cindy Gallop on Future of Sex

Join Future of Sex host Bryony Cole and Make Love Not Porn Founder Cindy Gallop for a live conversation on sex, tech, and consent in 2018.

Revenge porn, sexting, cyber-flashing, blockchain and social sex are some of the modern ways sexuality is being shaped by technology. Today, sexual harassment and abuse are perpetrated as commonly in real life as they are through the internet. While sexual harassment is a problem that has preceded and been molded by technology, Cole and Gallop explore whether or not technology can be a solution, rather than a part of the problem. They ask questions like, Is there a future where consent-affirming tools are built into platforms like Snapchat? Is the future of sex more promising because of technological advancements, or is it worse?

Tickets are $15.

Mindful Sex for Couples: How to Get Out of Your Head & Enjoy The Moment
May

Mindful Sex for Couples: How to Get Out of Your Head & Enjoy The Moment

Do you or your partner get distracted easily during sex? Maybe you start totally present, enjoying every sensation – until your mind wanders to tomorrow’s to-do list, how you look, and that fight you had with your boss/sibling/BFF. Maybe you have to work really hard to get back into the moment when your mind wanders – and sometimes you just can’t. Maybe you struggle to even get in the mood because your brain won’t shut the eff up.

When your approach sex from only your head, you can’t fully enjoy the experience.

As soon as your mind wanders, you stop feeling sexy & relaxed. You judge yourself, your partner, even the sex. Sensations feel dulled. It’s as if your body pulls your arousal back inside.

You wish that you could…

  • stay more present during sex

  • quickly return to enjoying yourself after getting distracted

  • let go of judgment and shame towards yourself, your partner(s), and your sex life

The key to getting out of your own way is to practice self-awareness and acceptance.

Join us to learn how to enjoy more intimate, exciting, and fulfilling sex by being fully present and in the moment, with compassion towards yourself and partner. This experiential workshop will integrate mindfulness and intimacy techniques.

In this welcoming, zero-judgment-and-BS space, you’ll learn to…

  • Be in the moment, not in your head

  • Calm your mind and body

  • Release judgment and shame around intimacy

  • Develop more compassion for yourself, your partner(s) and your relationship(s)

Sex, Drugs, Success - An Evening W/ Female CEOs of Sin Businesses

Sin Pays: Self-Funded Women-Owned Business Successes

Why They Did It. How They Did It. What They Learned.

Girl Groove presents inspiring female founders and risk-takers who will share their uncensored stories of the risks, rewards, and challenges of starting and running a business outside the usual boundaries of propriety, namely cannabis and sex.

Ever since the Garden of Eden, women have been associated with sin. But, many have learned how to turn a profit on it - from Miss Kitty who owned the saloon in Gunsmoke, the early 60’s TV Western to Maggie Gyllenhaal in “The Deuce” and even Melanie Griffith in “Working Girl” who famously said, “I’ve got a brain for business and a bod for sin.”

This is a night of badass successful women who’ve drawn their own blueprints for success with a lot of inspiration and perspiration.…in sin businesses. They will be sharing their stories of success, the lessons they’ve learned, and how you might do the same.

This is NOT restricted to women! MEN ARE MOST WELCOME!

Sexual Dynamics & Power Sharing in the Workplace: A Public Class

This is an introduction to Sexual Dynamics in the Workplace training, a new platform that goes far beyond just a sexual harassment policy or diversity compliance training. (Psst...it'll be much more fun, too).

This is about creating a new work culture that leads to equitable, synergistic power sharing between men and women leaders, and opens the possibility of trust and respect between all people. We will start with an overview of the Embodied Intelligence methodology, and then explore some exercises together that give participants a taste of what the actual training looks like. You will leave with new insights and inspiration that you can take to work with you the next day.

The event will be led by Anita Teresa Boeninger, founder of Embodied Intel & the Sex & Medicine Summit.

Coffee, Kegels, & Conversation - Pleasure

With a warm beverage in hand, we’ll explore the month's theme – PLEASURE - through activities like intention setting, meditation, writing, conversation, and more.

In this welcoming, empathetic, zero-judgment & BS space you’ll…

  • raise your self-awareness and -appreciation
  • be inspired to take action to create positive change in your life & community
  • feel powerful, energized, and recharged
  • get reminded of what you’re capable of - and learn the exact steps to get there

Join Passion by Kait to kick your weekend off with deep connection, uplifting community, and endless inspiration!

Your Ticket Includes:

  • Amazing conversation with kick-ass womxn
  • Delicious warm beverage(s)
  • Yummy (free) snacks
  • Raffle entry for sexy fun prizes like sex workshop tickets, sex toys, & more!
